Protein, peptide and amino acid mixtures of optimised amino acid composition are provided which can be used as the protein base for the preparation of additives for women's milk and as a protein base for producing milk foods for prematurely born babies and other infants. The mixtures according to the invention contain 18 essential amino acids in a defined ratio, this ratio being calculated and selected on the basis of the nutritive protein content of women's milk. |
