The bathtub has a pump and comprises a tub having side walls one of which has an inner surface, an outer surface, and a thin portion made of magnetically permeable material. A pump is secured to the inner surface of the thin portion, for taking in hot water from the tub and pressurising the hot water. A motor is secured to the outer surface of the thin portion and opposes the pump. A magnetic coupling magnetically connects the pump and the motor. The pump comprises a casing, a shaft passing through the casing, an impeller contained in the casing and mounted on the shaft, and a driven drum coupled to one end of the shaft. |
