PURPOSE:To enable self-controlled self-diagnosis and self-repair by diagnosing the fault state of the device and reasoning an actuator means, and simulating secondary influence exerted when the means is operated. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal/symbol conversion part 11 converts signals from sensors 1a - 1c into symbols according to reference value data characteristic to the object machine. Then a fault diagnostic part 12 decides whether or not there is a fault, diagnoses the fault, and simulates the fault state to determine the fault sympton and fault casue of the object machine. A repair planning part 15 reasons a repairing method and simulates the influence of repair, selects the repair plan which exerts the least secondary influence among plural repair plans, and rewrites the reference value data according to the measured value of the sensors after the repair. |
