PURPOSE:To control generation of wear powder at the initial stage of welding and regulate a dispersing direction of the generated wear powder, by a method wherein combining parts of resin members each are welded under a state where they are pressure-contacted by at least either one side parts out of their inner end sides or outer end sides and then the remainders of the combining parts are welded each other. CONSTITUTION:Tapered parts 1b, 2b where tapered angles alpha and beta (alpha<beta) are different from each other are formed on combining parts 1a, 2a for welding of a pipe 1 and joint 2, both the combining parts 1a, 2a are combined each other, both of them are pressurized and brought into contact with each other and only inner end sides are pressure-contacted with each other under a state close to line contact, spin welding is performed under this state and only the inner end sides are welded each other. Then the remainders of both the combining parts 1a, 2a are welded each other by a spin welding method. |
