<p>PURPOSE:To reduce deformation such as warpage by impregnating upper glass cloth with a resin by infiltrating a resin solution in said cloth from the upper surface thereof and impregnating lower glass cloth with the resin by infiltrating the resin solution in the cloth from the under surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of long resin impregnated base materials 1, 1... prepared by impregnating glass papers with a resin are continuously sent to squeeze rolls 7 by feed rolls 6. A resin solution 3 is infiltrated in the glass cloth 2a, which is laminated to the resin impregnated base materials 1, 1... on the upper side thereof, from the upper surface thereof to impregnate the cloth 2a with a resin and also infiltrated in the glass cloth 25, which is laminated to the resin impregnated base materials 1 1... on the under side thereof, from the under surface thereof to impregnate the cloth 2b with the resin. The resin impregnated base materials 1, 1... and the glass cloths 2a, 2b are continuously passed through the nip between the squeeze rolls 7 while fed by the feed rolls 6 and the glass cloths 2a, 2b are superposed on the resin impregnated base materials 1, 1... on the upper and lower sides thereof while the excessive resin is squeezed by the squeeze rolls 7. By this method, the generation of warpage or distortion can be reduced.</p> |
