PURPOSE:To reduce statistical errors by allowing a calculation means to provide a means for calculating a measured value, assuming the sum of one-half present counted value outputted by a counting means and one-half counted value outputted by the counting means before a fixed time as a present counted value. CONSTITUTION:A counted value inputted from a counter 5 to a distributed calculation means 1 is stored in the j-th place of a memory 8. After the sum of the above counted value and a value stored in the past in the first place of the memory 8 is calculated, conversion 21 of the counting rate is performed, and one-half the counting rate is outputted as a regular counting rate. Besides, before the next counted value is inputted, the value stored in the i + 1st place of the memory 8 is transferred to the i-th place (i = 1 - n). Further, when the counted value before the execution of processing is Rcps, and the operation period of the counter is T0sec, the counted value inputted is stored in the 1/(2RT0)-th place of the memory 8, because the delayed time is 1/2R. A counted value by the next operation of the counter is similarly processed.
