摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure that rapid thermal response, high print density and superior print quality are obtained by providing an intermediate layer consisting mainly of a capsule with an average outer capsule diameter which contains an air equal to specific value, between a support and a thermally recording layer. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer consisting mainly of a bubble capsule which contains an air equal to an average outer capsule diameter of 2mum or larger and 20mum or smaller is provided between a support and a thermally recorded layer. As one example of an air capsule, a solution prepared in advance for containing a bubble of any size and a wall film is allowed to grow around the bubble. Material for the formation of the wall film are those which are generally used for thermally recording material such as gelation, arabian rubber and starch. Further, as an adhesive used for the intermediate layer and the thermally recording layer, various types can be used freely and these are starches and hydroxyethyl cellulose. Paper is used as a support and dye precursors are those which are generally used for pressure-sensitive recording sheet and thermally recording sheet are, for example, triarylmethane compounds. The recommended developers are especially phenol derivative, aromatic phenol derivative, aromatic carboxylic acid derivative, especially preferably phenol derivative.
