A device for extracting liquid, particularly from heavy petroleum from producing wells consisting of a deep-well pump, a column of lifting casings, pumping ducts, characterised in that it is a unit consisting of a section of the production pipe (4) with the diameter lesser than the diameter of the lifting casings (3), the extension of which it is, at the end of which there is fixed a pneumatic-hydraulic engine (6) connected through a shaft (12) with a screw pump (10) suspended to the engine (6) with the use of a perforated pipe (8), and the ring area (13) between the screw pump (10) and the casing pipe (2) seals the packer (9).<IMAGE>
