System of condenser loss coefficient meter containing phase shifter and meter is characterised in that it includes source of current (1) controlled by the voltage and its output connected with one of the condenser's terminals (6), which is connected to a symmetric input of the automatic amplification regulator block (2), with one of the block's output connected with phase shifter (3) and the second output connected to the signal circuit (5). The phase shifter output (3) is also connected with linear frequency demodulator (4) and power source input (1), while one output of the frequency demodulator (4) is connected with the signal circuit (5) and its second output with the meter (7).<IMAGE>
