A board for insulation, construction and filling which is a layer board comprising external cladding plates, between which there is an internal layer glued to the plates and constituting the core in which there are longitudinal vertical webs parallel to each other and of the same height, characterised in that the vertical webs (2) are situated in such a way, that the board cross-section on any perpendicular plane going through all vertical webs (2) includes at least one set of identical modular construction elements, located consecutively one next to another and joined with the neighbouring elements, in the form of theoretically separable I-bar frame units (3) whose spaces between horizontal strips (4) and the vertical web (2) constituting the said I-bar units are filled with insulation material (5) permanently bound with the said strips (4) and webs (5), whose type depends on the purpose for which a particular board is to be used, whereas the horizontal strips (4) of the theoretical I-bar frame units (3) constitute theoretically separated sections of cladding plates (1).<IMAGE>
