<p>PURPOSE:To supply a fluid to a pressure chamber with a simple system by communicating a tank the fluid is saved in and the pressure chamber by a supply controlling means through a direction controlling valve during a piston rod is set back. CONSTITUTION:A first position sensor 36 supplies a working fluid to a left working chamber 2 and when a piston rod 6 proceeds to a pressure chamber deepest, it detects a dog 14 and sends out a detecting signal. A second position sensor 38 supplies a working fluid to a right working chamber 4 and when the piston rod 6 is set back most, it detects a dog 14 and sends out a detecting signal. A supply controlling circuit 46 sends out a control signal from a controlling circuit 44 to a serbo valve 8 and at the same time sends out a excitation signal to a direction controlling valve 28 to switch to the second position 28b. When a detecting signal is sent out of the sensor 36, the rod 6 is set back and a fluid is supplied to the pressure chamber from the tank 24 through the controlling valve 28. Consequently, a fluid is supplied with the simple system.</p> |
