Spray device for treating vegetables, comprising two helical blowers (ventilators) (11, 12) approximately coaxially arranged in order to blow air from one to the other, and deflectors (21, 27, 28) arranged to bring the air streams produced by the two blowers so as to form a single flow, directed perpendicularly to the common axis of the blowers and in which device are placed nozzles (25) for spraying the treatment liquid. The two blowers can either rotate in the same direction, and in this case they can be mounted on the same shaft 13, 14, or can rotate in opposite directions in order to eliminate the rotation effect. <IMAGE>
