<p>PURPOSE: To regulate impedance easily by providing the first sector and at least one second sector having a given electric characteristic of a smaller conductivity in comparison to the first sector and separating two second sectors by means of the second sector. CONSTITUTION: A connection element 50 is divided into three sectors 52, 54, 56. Two sectors 52, 56 are conductive sectors and composed of copper, BeCu, etc. The sector 52, 56 are separated from each other by a sector 54 composed of non-conductive material. Terminal parts 58, 60 are rubbed against the contact pads on a substrate opposite thereto where electric connection is achieved. Lead wire like sectors 52, 56 connect different parts of two contact pads together. Therefore, for instance, one sector can be used for the purpose of earth and the other sector is used for signal transmission.</p> |
