PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the density of a sintering substance by containing a kind or more of platinum group and a kind or more of Ga, In in the mothor alloy powder of Fe-Al-Si group wherein the gross amount or the like of Al, Si, platinum group elements is fixed by predetermined proportion and the rest as Fe. CONSTITUTION:A kind or more of platinum group elements and a kind or more of Ga, In are contained in the mother alloy powder of Fe-Al-Si group to obtain a magnetic material consistng of Al of 3-8% by weight, Si of 3-12% by weight, and each of a kind or more of platinum group elements and, Ca and In of 0.01-2.5% by weight in gross weight and composing the rest of Fe as the princioal ingredient. Mother alloy powder of -200 mesh is made from the above materials by an aqueous atomizing method and the mother alloy powder is mixed with Fe powder and previous formation is performed in an O-ring shape by metal mold press. Next, the formed substance is pressed and reduced to powder and sintered under hydrogen atmosphere. The resulted sintered substance is annealed under hydrogen atmosphere for two hours at 1,100 deg.C. In this way, the density of the sintering substance can be remarkably improved. |
