<p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a belt walk so as to prevent local damage of a belt end face without receiving an influence to shape of a belt by tilting a belt contact surface of a belt guide means relating to the belt end face. CONSTITUTION:A belt guide means 3a is arranged in an extension direction of an end part of the first driven roll 2 to restrict a belt walk generated toward the guide means 3a on a roll 2a. The guide means 3a, which is an almost cylindrical ring with a tapered belt contact surface 31 formed in the peripheral surface, is fitted to a shaft center member 22 of the roll 2a. The contact surface 31 is raised at an acute angle theta relating to the peripheral surface 15, and the belt 1, in which the belt walk is generated, rides on the contact surface 31 so as to restrict the belt walk. Since force of restricting the belt walk is applied to a belt internal peripheral surface 17a from the guide means, damage of a belt end face 16 can be effectively prevented by applying the restricting force to wide dispersedly act on the belt 1.</p> |
