PURPOSE:To detect that a container is filled with a liquid by installing a pressure sensor in the middle of a circuit of a vacuum suction nozzle and a vacuum source and detecting the pressure alteration in the vacuum circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a container is filled with a plastic lens raw material 4, the plastic lens raw material 4 flows out of the injection inlet. A part of the flowing out plastic lens raw material 4 is sucked by a vacuum suction nozzle 6 for detecting the fullness. At that time, since the pressure changes in the vacuum circuit, the pressure alteration is detected by installing a pressure sensor 8 in the middle of the circuit of the vacuum source and the vacuum suction nozzle 6 for detecting the fullness and a signal of the completion of filling is sent to a plastic lens raw material injection control valve and the injection is stopped. The plastic lens raw material 4 which flows out after the filling and is not used for fullness detection is completely sucked by a vacuum suction nozzle 7 and the container is prevented from being stained. |
