Static earthed direction relay consists of common elements, including power impulse input, voltage input, input impulse, input function coincidence testing circuit, coincidence action discriminator, interlock discriminator with impulse tail delay and logical elements; is characterised in that the output of input current impulse phase (1) and output of voltage input phase (2) are connected with inputs of coincidence tester circuit (3), whose output is connected with input of the action discriminator (4), and with input of the interlock discriminator (5), which has its output connected through the impulse tail delay element (6) and logical negating element (7), with one of the inputs of the logical product element (8), whose second input is connected with output of the action discriminator (4).<IMAGE>
