PURPOSE:To operate an analyzer independently for a function which requires neither the memory of a device to be tested nor its I/O port, by operating a testing device by a control microprocessor which controls the microprocessor of the device to be tested. CONSTITUTION:When a change-over switch 9 is placed at the side of a contact 9A, a microprocessor 1A is connected to a memory 1B and an I/O port 1C to functions as a normal microprocessor-incorporated equipment. When the change-over switch 9 is changed over to a contact 9B side, a switching circuit changes contacts of change-over switches 11-13 over to sides 11A-12A, and 13A. In this stste, if the microprocessor 1A attains access to the memory, the processor 1A can read and write a control RAM16 via data buses 8A, 8D and 8F. In an address counter 17, a value is written in freely by a control microprocessor 15. |
