The container consists of a holder-part (A) and a depositing-surface (B) which has a slot (7) in ending in holes (8) taking binder-string, and positioned in the middle of the depositing surface (B) parallel to the ends (2,3). The depositing-surface (B) is made of sections at right angles to each other with different lengths of arms and tilt angles to the horizontal. The ends (2,3) of the holder-part (A) have a string-cutter (9) and grip-holes (6) for carrying. The holder-part (A) forming the base (1) and ends (2,3) has holes in for taking the flaps (5) on the depositing surface (B). The holder (A) and depositing surface (B) can be folded up flat for carrying, storage and selling. ADVANTAGE - The sturdy storage and carrying container for printed matter such as bundled newspapers and periodicals can be folded up flat.
