A collapsible embossing screw-tap comprising a holding part joined with the body of the working part in the form of a cylinder with grooves parallel to the body's axis, in which the working segments are mounted, characterised in that in the grooves (3), which in the section transverse to the axis of the body (2) of the screw-tap's working part are trapezoidal, the working segments (4) are seated with three-sided cross-sections, whereas along the side (5, 6, 7) of each working segment (4) a piece of thread is shaped, whose pitch matches the pitch of the thread embossed by the screw-tap, and moreover the pieces of thread on each side (5, 6, 7) of a given segment (4) are dislocated in relation to each other by 1/3 of the pitch of the embossed thread, whereas the segments (4) seated in the grooves (3) are disjointedly mounted to the body (2) by means of elements (9) of trapezoid cross-sections, and moreover the body (2) on the holding side (1) is disjointedly fastened to the cover (10), in which bolts (12) are seated axially in relation to the grooves (3), whereas on the end faces of the bolts (12) working segments (4) are supported, and apart from that on the front side of the body (2) a separable front disk (14) is mounted, whose lateral surface is cone-shaped and the conical part of the working segment (4) is supported thereon, whereas the working segments (4) mounted in the grooves (3) are dislocated around their own axis by 1/3 of a rotation, so...<IMAGE>
