Deflecting counterweight with fastening pairs used in equipment advancing elements of band conveyors, consisting of two fastening pairs, upper and lower, in the form of articulated bolts with a vertical rotational axis, characterised by the fact that both fastening pairs are mounted on the bearing construction (B) of the equipment's frame that is mounted on the caterpillar beams of the tractor, where the case (1) of the lower fastening pair is connected to the counterweight (A) where the bolt (2) is mounted with its projecting bottom part placed in the radial self-aligning bearing (3) and axial thrust self-aligning bearing (4), and the bearings (3, 4) are mounted in the case (5) that is fixed by means of a bolt (6) and fastened to the frame (B).<IMAGE>
