Scrambler - descrambler system containing kilobit set of keys connected with the scrambler in the transmitting line and descrambler in the receiving line, through separate type EX/OR circuits, with connected modulator and demodulator respectively, and with codec delta in each line connected to their bistable multivibrators, connected to the microphone and speaker; is characterised in that it involves connecting second input (WY2) of codec delta (KD) to speech terminal (MO) of two position third toggle switch (P3), whose second terminal (data-test) is connected to source of data or test data in a manner that its output is attached to transmission terminal (N) of two position first toggle switch (P1) directions of transmission - receiving-transmitting, with its second receipt terminal (O) connected to digital demodulator output (DC), which is connected to the receiving output (WYO) of the system, its first switch (P1) is connected in parallel to receipt terminal (O) of the second switch (P2) of the direction of transmission - receiving-transmitting and to first input of the logical circuit (UL) type EXL OR, with the output connected in parallel to first input (D) of the digital clasp (ZA) and to second terminal - transmission (N) of the second switch (P2) connected through k-bit register (RE) coupled via multi-layer number of channels with keys (KL) and attached to them resistor (R) to second logical circuit input (UL) in parallel to connected position terminal (ZAL) of the fourth switch (P4) and in addition output (Q) of the digital clasp...<IMAGE>
