Apparatus intended to regulate a perfusion by means of an optical/acoustic and monitoring device. Intended to regulate a perfusion, the invention is a pocket apparatus which, with the aid of a resonator controlled by an electronic system, emits a sound rhythm. This rhythm corresponds to the rhythm of a drip system permitting a certain quantity of liquid to flow in a given time. A volume and a time are indicated on the apparatus; it only remains to align visually the rhythm of the drips to the sound rhythm emitted. Optionally, this apparatus can be connected to the system for monitoring patients, indicating that flowing has stopped. <IMAGE>
