PURPOSE:To permit an arbitrary adjustment of the degree of orientation of staples in X, Y and Z axial directions by providing the specific sizes of the contours of annularly-shaped grooves of an extruding die. CONSTITUTION:An annularly-shaped groove 2 of an extruding die 1 is provided with a first groove part 3 having a groove part 3a of width W1 and radius R1 and a groove part 3b extending therefrom of width W2, a second groove part 4 extending from the first groove part 3 in the radial direction thereof and having groove width W3 and a third groove part 5 extending from the second groove part 4 and parallel to the axis of the first groove part 3 and having a groove part 5a of width W4 and an outlet groove part 5b of width W5 and radius R2. At the groove widths W1, W2, W3, W4 and W5 and the radii R1 and R2 of the groove parts 3, 4 and 5, W1=0.5-3mm W2/W1=W3/W1= W4/W1>=2W5/W4=0.3-0.95R2/R1>=2 must be satisfied. |
