PURPOSE:To smoothly move a handcart by setting a length in the footboard moving direction of a tilt part in a riding spot floor, set up in a forward path side on-off getting port of a footboard, to a length or more of one footboard and further horizontally arranging one footboard under the tilt part. CONSTITUTION:In a riding spot floor 7 provided with a comb body 11 in the point end, a tilt part L is formed continuous to a horizontal part H, to decrease a step difference from a footboard 2. A length of this tilt part L is set to the length of a single unit length L0 or more along a moving direction of the footboard 2. Further, at least a single quantity of the footboard 2 in a forward path side is positioned in a horizontal condition below the tilt part L of the riding spot floor 7. In this way, the inverting footboard 2R, even when it is pushed up, is dislocated from the tilt part L and emptied while enabling a handcart or the like to smoothly move by moderating a tilt angle of the tilt part L, and collision of the footboard against the riding spot floor can be avoided.
