PURPOSE:To reduce the number of times of stage replacing of an automatic component mounting machine and to reduce the number of steps of stage replacing by performing a component allocation work of the machine based on one allocation pattern selected from a plurality of allocation patterns at each predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:An allocation pattern 11 has a pattern name NP, a mounting machine name NM, and a component name PT. The name NP is a name for identifying the pattern 11 from other allocation patterns 11. The name NM consists of the type and number of the machine, and the name PT is identify a component to be allocated to each channel of respective machines. A plurality of the patterns 11 are formed, the patterns 11 of the machines and a printed board unit to be manufactured in each day are set, and a stage replacement for allocation the component is executed at the time of starting the work of one day. Thus, the replacement except that executed at the time of starting is not performed on the day, but the unit can be produced to reduce the number of times of the replacement and to reduce the number of steps. |
