发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETRON ANODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the welding efficiency by rounding a planar anode material then butting the both ends in axial direction and opening the bevel section in one direction thereafter applying the welding energy beam from the open direction. CONSTITUTION:A planar material such as Cu, Al is rounded to produce an anode cylinder 12. Then the both end faces 11a of the material 11 are butted and jointed air-tightly to form a joint section 13 in axial direction. A wedge-shaped bevel section 13b having angle of approximately 5-30 deg. toward the outside of the cylinder 12 is formed at the joint section 13 which contacts with the end face 13a. Then the welding energy beam such as laser or electron beam is irradiated from the arrow 14 direction to said section 13b to perform the welding. Consequently the loss of the welding energy is reduced to produce an efficient air-tight welding section.
