<p>PURPOSE:To precisely supply insulating particles in place and improve uniform quality by supplying droplets of suspension onto a conductive thin film via a needle. CONSTITUTION:Spacers 2 are formed on a conductive thin film 12 on a touch panel board 1 in such a manner that droplets 23 of suspension 21 containing dispersed insulating particles 22 are supplied thereto via a needle 3. In this case, the needle 3 is formed to repel the dispersed medium of the suspension in a way of treating areas except at the tip with water-repellent agent and formed into a recessed shape at the tip. The particles 22 can thus be supplied in a well-controlled fashion so that the spacers 2 which are excellent in uniform quality can be distributed in order and a touch panel which is excellent in control or handling ability with less variations in touch pressure required for input can be obtained. Besides, droplets can be supplied uniformly, stably and efficiently.</p> |
