<p>PURPOSE:To ease the leveling and the aiming adjustment of a headlamp by providing an adjusting screw, passing through a bracket and a cam and threadedly engaged and connected with a nut, on a body, and springedly mounting a spring between the body and the bracket. CONSTITUTION:The approximate 90 deg. rotation of a cam 15 in a clockwise direction with a nut 16 as a center causes the abutting of the front surface 15a of the cam 15 to the back surface of the vertical part 14b of a bracket 14. The bracket 14 is retreated by the force of a compression coil spring 34 by the difference of D-D1, where D: a distance from the center O of the nut 16 to the upper surface 15b of the cam 15 and D1: a distance to the front surface 15a, and a headlamp device 1 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction to downwardly adjust an irradiation angle. Then the rotation-adjustment of an adjusting screw 18 causes the advancing and retreating of the nut 16 together with the cam 15, and the advancing and retreating of the bracket 14 by the force of the compression coil spring 34. Consequently the irradiation angle of the headlamp device 1 can be adjusted forward or rearward.</p> |
