PURPOSE:To realize an analysis for a continuous frame picture, by installing only a storage device that stores the signals equivalent to one field, with use of a signal processing circuit and a change-over switch. CONSTITUTION:The video signal delivered from a standard scanning system TV camera 121 is separated into the picture signal (b) and synchronous signal (c) through an A/D converting circuit 122. Both the switch circuits 123 and 126 have an electronic working by the signal (c) to be connected to the G and H sides in the 1st fields 132 and 134 and then to the H and K sides in the 2nd field 133. A signal processing circuit 125 is inputted only in the 2nd field of each frame, and the signals of the 1st and 2nd fields are supplied to the terminals M and N from the storage device 124 and converting device 122 respectively. Accordingly the picture signal of the 1st field is delivered earlier by a horizontal scanning period in the period during which the processed picture signal of the 2nd field is supplied to the device 124. Thus only the capacity to store the signals of one field is sufficient for the storage purpose. |
