Nitroesther deflagration resistant mining explosive with high water resistance, containing 80:20 mixture of nitro glycol and nitro-glycerine, and/or 20-30% by weight nitro glycol, 0.5-1.5% by weight nitrocellulose, 40-70% by weight ammonium nitrate, 4-10% by weight soda nitre, 3-10% by weight dinitrotoluene and/or trinitrotoluene and waterproofing agent including barium sulphate as a carrier; is characterised in that contains waterproofing additive with 1:6:2 mixture of dextrin, barium sulphate and slack wax, containing optimally from 0.2-1% by weight dextrin, 1.8% by weight barium sulphate with relevant surface 500-600 cm<2>/g and 0.2-2% per weight of slack wax.
