PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components to be manually associated and to improve an automatic mounting ratio by storing a component causing mechanical interference and component arrangement information on the periphery of the component, then displaying it, performing judgement of the display content by an operator, and altering the information of the component to automatic mounting information to be executed by a component mounting machine. CONSTITUTION:Assembling information, component information, crude branch information (production technical information), etc., are inputted in a step 3-1. In a step 3-2, arrangement of each component on a board, a mounting machine for inserting them are temporarily decided based on the data. In a step 3-3, mechanical interference (per component) between the temporarily set components and between the component and a head, etc., is calculated. In a step 3-4, the component of the interference is removed from the result of the interference check, transferred to other mounting machine, or transferred to a manual insertion work. In a step 3-5, inserting order of the components in a board decided as above is rechecked to set the order of shortest processing time, the order of easily inspecting. |
