<p>PURPOSE:To hold a door opened securely by mounting a robot for opening and closing a door, and a door holding means having an oscillation arm capable of standing and falling on a carriage movable synchronously with an automobile body. CONSTITUTION:A door opening/closing robot 25, a door holding means 31, etc., are mounted on a carriage 19. An oscillation arm 35 is positioned in a standing attitude and a fallen attitude through a sector gear 41 and a gear 40 corresponding to expansion/contraction of an output shaft 44a of a cylinder 44, an attachment 36 is directed to the downstream side of transfer of the automobile body 11 when the arm 35 is in the standing attitude, so the back surface of each door 16, 17 is sucked by a magnet 39. When the body 11 is carried in by a conveyor, the carriage 19 is moved in the transfer direction synchronously with it. The robot 25 is actuated to extend an arm 27 toward the rear door 17, and a stopping means is inserted into a glass installing groove 30 to open the door 17. The arm 35 of the means 31 then takes the stanting attitude, and the attachment 36 keeps the door 17 at a predetermined opening angle alpha. This is detected by a contactless switch 40, the robot 25 is actuated again and the front door 16 is opened.</p> |
