This conducting cable having a high degree of filling and exhibiting a small variation in volume as a function of the external hydrostatic pressure, intended for the transmission of electrical energy and of video and/or remote-control signals, characterised in that it has a coaxial structure and in that it includes a core (10) providing the transmission of the video and/or remote-control signals, at least two coaxial conducting layers (14, 20) each constituted by a plurality of small-diameter electrical conductors lapped as wrapping (lapping), these conducting layers being insulated from each other by an insulating covering (24), and a sheath (18) made of synthetic or natural fibres which provides the tensile strength. <IMAGE>
