<p>PURPOSE:To three-dimensionally actuate loading posts to help to miniaturize and simplify the above device by inclining a part of rotating links and a part of connecting links with a mechanism substrate and rotating the rotating links parallel with the mechanism substrate. CONSTITUTION:A part of the rotating links 23, 24 and a part of the connecting links 25, 26 are inclined with the mechanism substrate 20 and the rotating links 23, 24 are rotated parallel with the mechanism substrate 20. The rotating links 23, 24 are rotationally moved at the time of a loading operation by this constitution. Namely, the height and angle of the connecting links 25, 26 coupled to the rotating links 23, 24 from and with the mechanism substrate 20 are changed by changing the direction of the rotating links 23, 24 and eventually the loading posts 10, 11 coupled to the connecting links 25, 26 are moved while the height and angle thereof are changed. The mechanism is miniaturized in this way.</p> |
