<p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent electric charge accumulation in the inside of recording paper so as to impede generation of a discharge through the recording paper by bringing an end part of the recording paper into contact with a conductive location brought into contact with a destaticizing means, in the case of transfer-feeding, the recording paper, after development is finished, onto a conveying belt. CONSTITUTION:In the case of arranging sensitive paper S in a conveying belt 22, voltage of 1 to 3kV is applied to the belt 22 through a high voltage power supply 14 from a charging brush 32, constituting an electricity charging means 28, to electrostatically attract the sensitive paper S to the belt 22. Here, the charging brush 32 is not brought into contact with conductive locations 24a, 24b provided in the belt 22, so that voltage is not applied to the locations 24a, 24b. On the other hand, a brush 30 is brought into contact with the locations 24a, 24b to cause no electric charge to accumulate in a conductive layer of the recording paper S by connecting the locations 24a, 24b to the earth. Accordingly, especially in the case of transfer- feeding the recording paper S from a sensitive drum 1 to the belt 22, an effect is obtained such that generation of a discharge between the recording paper S and the exposure drum 1 and between the recording paper S and the belt 22 can be impeded.</p> |
