A device for measurement of stepping engine static moment angular characteristics by means of a torque meter, characterized by the fact that an examined engine (BSS) is mounted in a self-propelled (NU) rotational holder (UO) which is related to an angular position pulse converter (IPK) which has its output connected with a personal computer's (PC) interface (IC) input, whereas the rotor (WS) of the engine is coupled with a torque meter (ME) via electromagnetic clutch (SE), which has its input connected with interface output (IC) of a personal computer (PC). The torque meter's (ME) output is connected to another personal computer (PC) interface (IC) input.<IMAGE>
