A conveyor belt drum where front walls ended with a pivot are welded to the ends of a cylindrical jacket whose external part is braced with a reinforcing structure, characterised in that the front wall of the drum comprises two conical rings (2, 3) permanently fixed to each other, for example welded, in such a way that the smaller conical ring (3) is situated inside the drum jacket (1), and the bigger conical ring (2) closes the drum jacket (1) to which it is welded, whereas the concavities of the rings (2, 3) face each other creating a triangle with a vertical angle (A) on the base of which there are pivot (4) flanges (5, 6) welded into the ring (2, 3) holes.<IMAGE>
