The present invention relates to a dosing dispenser for liquid or pasty food products. The technical field of the invention is that of packages for food products. A dosing dispenser comprises a reservoir (1) provided in its upper part with an orifice (2), and comprises a plunger tube (3) of which a large portion extends inside the said reservoir, and the said dispenser comprises a manual pump (5) of the squash-bulb type, fixed to the said reservoir, whose body (9) comprises an easily deformable upper wall (10) and the inlet orifice (7) of the said pump connects with the first end (4) of the said plunger tube, and the said dispenser comprises a pouring spout (6) provided with an outlet orifice in the form of a slit, this pouring spout being connected to the outlet orifice (8) of the said manual pump. <IMAGE>
