<p>A structure for mounting an end support (13) on a rotary connector (10) which includes a rotatable case (14) and a fixed case (11,15) rotatably engaged with each other and having an axially facing inner wall surface, and a spirally wound flat cable (12) housed in the fixed and rotatable cases and having one end (12a) engaged by the rotatable (14) case and another end (12b) engaged by the fixed case (11,15), wherein the end support (13) is mounted on at least one of the rotatable and fixed cases alongside the flat cable (12), for preventing at least one of inner and outer end portions of the flat cable from being bent. The end support (13) has a fixing portion (13b) integral therewith, and the fixing portion (13b) is fixed to the inner wall surface of one of the rotatable and fixed cases (11,14,15) to thereby fasten the end support to one of the rotatable and fixed cases. <IMAGE></p> |
