PURPOSE:To enable measurement of a sample in a high temperature atmosphere free from effect of oxidization by providing a synchronizing signal generation means which detects a part of a pulse laser light to obtain an external synchronous signal of an oscilloscope. CONSTITUTION:Laser light generated from a probe laser 1 is directed to a vibration surface of a sample 6 via a light isolator 2, a mirror 3, a deflection beam splitter 4 and a 1/4 wavelength plate 5. The Doppler shifted light impinges upon a Fabry-Perot interferometer 14 via the 1/4 wavelength plate 5, the deflection beam spliter 4 and a collimator 13. A detection signal of a pulse laser light with a beam splitter 9 and a photodetector 21 is utilized as trigger signal to take synchronization of the oscilloscope 20. In addition, an anti-oxidation gas is supplied to the sample 6 in a high temperature tubular furnace 7 during a measurement to prevent oxidization thereby eliminating a drop in reflection factor. |
