PURPOSE:To simplify the fixing structure of rotation detector such as an encoder by applying a hollow shaft through a bearing onto a sheath for supporting the stator of a rotation detector and then fixing a rotor, thereafter penetrating a motor shaft through the hollow shaft and securing the motor shaft in place, and then fixing the sheath through a flexible piece to a brake motor at the opposite side to a load. CONSTITUTION:In an encoder 21, a hollow shaft 25 is arranged through a bearing 24 on a sheath 22 for supporting a stator 23, and then a rotor 26 is fixed. The hollow shaft 25 is fitted through a collar 30 to a motor shaft 5 and secured by means of bolts 27, 31 so that it rotates integrally with the motor shaft 5. The sheath 22 of the encoder 21 is secured to a bracket 13 on a part of the periphery thereof in order to block rotation. A standard cooling fan 29 is secured to the end 5a of the motor shaft 5. According to the constitution, assembling work of a rotation detector into a brake motor is simplified and productivity and economy are improved. Furthermore, since a standard cooling fan can be fixed, overall size is reduced. |
