发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR POSITIONING WORK IN LASER BEAM MACHINING
摘要 PURPOSE:To appropriately and quickly position the work by image picking up the work and deriving its video signal, and on the other hand, converting an irradiation point locus related to laser beam machining to a video signal, superposing these two signals and displaying them as one image. CONSTITUTION:On the one hand, a work 10 is image picked up from the direction of laser beam machining, and its video signal is derived. On the other hand, an irradiation point locus related to laser beam machining is converted to a video signal. This converted video signal, and said video signal by an image pickup are superposed, and displayed as one image. Based on this display image, a relative position of the work to the irradiation point locus is determined. The positioning method of the work in laser beam machining provided with each process thereof is adopted. In such a way, the work can be positioned appropriately, quickly and easily to the part of laser beam machining, ad this method is suitable, especially, for the job shop production.
