PURPOSE: To make it impossible to break and open a seal without leaving any visual evidence by fitting a locking support body with the complementary shape of a screw slidable part on a cover to achieve the locking by the screw. CONSTITUTION: As a cover 10 is brought close to a point to be seal-connected to a neck ring, thickened parts 17, 18 of a tongue 15 are forcibly pressed down below a lower end of a counter screw part 23, and then, fitted to the lock position by the elastic action to be brought into contact with a terminal of the screw part 23. An annular ring 14 of a locking member is provided with an integrated tab 19, and can be easily lifted from the ring 14 by breaking a positioning strand 29. A tab 19 when lifted, breaks the ring, and the action of a locked screw fastener of the cover 10 is released. The cover 10 can not be detached unless the locking member is detached, and a visual evidence is left. |
