PURPOSE:To satisfactorily remove noise without lowering resolution by removing noise while assimilating a picture element generating this noise to the same color of surrounding picture elements when the noise is generated for the unit of one picture element. CONSTITUTION:When a picture display unit 6 executes a coloring processing to all the picture elements for one screen, a horizontal synchronizing signal and a vertical synchronizing signal or the like are added to this data for one screen, a prescribed video signal is prepared and this video signal is supplied to a monitor receiver 7 and displayed on the screen of the monitor receiver 7. When noise is generated for the unit of one picture element in the case of executing this display, the noise is removed by assimilating the picture element generating this noise to the same color as the surrounding picture elements. Thus, the noise is satisfactorily removed without lowering picture resolution or the like, and the satisfactory picture without noise can be displayed. |
