PURPOSE:To immediately perform access through a radio line having high quality to a radio base station when executing a call originating operation by a mobile station which does not receive any reloading signal from the radio base station, by detecting the reloading signal from the radio base station by the mobile station, which transmits a reloading request signal, so as to perform access to the radio base station from the initial state. CONSTITUTION:The mobile station generates the reloading request signal by a reloading request signal generation part 7 transmits the signal to the radio base station, and this radio base station transmits the reloading request signal to the mobile station, which transmits the reloading request signal, after delaying the reloading signal only for time decided in advance by a delay means 4 when a reloading request signal detection part 5 detects the reloading request signal. The mobile station transmitting the reloading request signal detects the reloading signal from the radio station and can perform access to the radio base station from the initial state. Thus, when the mobile station receiving no identification code from the radio base station executes the call originating operation, the access can be immediately performed through the radio line having high quality to the radio base station. |
