PURPOSE:To attain proper talking channel assignment in response to the state of a mobile equipment with interference wave immunity by calculating a desired wave versus interference wave power ratio of a talking channel going to be assigned and using information as to moving direction of the mobile equipment to which the talking channel is going to be assigned. CONSTITUTION:A radio line control station 37 calculates a desired wave versus interference wave power ratio (SKI) as to all channels based on an electric field strength of a talking channel in use by other station than a base station stored in a memory 35 of a radio line controller 33 and on a reception electric field strength noticed from the base station at present. When a mobile equipment 52 is moving in a direction going away from the effective area of a radio base station, a talking channel having a maximum desired wave versus interference wave rower ratio (S/I) meeting the setting range is assigned to the equipment. Thus, a proper talking channel is assigned in response to the state of the mobile equipment to which the talking channel is going to be assigned from now depending on the moving direction or the like. |
