摘要 PURPOSE:To lighten the burden of voltage control operation onto a central computer and to deal with the voltage control operation flexibly by determining a reactive power injection amount based on a reference amount provided from the central computer and requesting assistance to devices at other ends if the injection amount can not be supplemented at this end. CONSTITUTION:Upon voltage drop at node 5, rules 1 and 2 are started alternately in a compensator 10d and reactive output power increases. When the reactive output power saturates, rule 3 is started in place of rule 2. Other devices 10a, 10b, 10c, which are requested assistance from the compensator 10d, actuate rule 4 simultaneously and notify their contribution to the compensator 10d, which then selects a device for requesting assistance according to rule 5. At that time, rule 6 is actuated in the compensator 10a and the terminal voltage of the compensator 10d increases within an allowable range.
