<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly use a line by successively setting and adjusting relation between data traffic and multiplexing due to the frame allocation of various data in the case of a transmission processing. CONSTITUTION:An information collective part 24 monitors the frame allocating conditions of respective transmission areas 12, 14, 16 and 18 in a multiplexing part and decides how to allocate frames to the respective transmission areas 12, 14, 16 and 18. Therefore, in the case of the transmission processing, the relation can be successively set and adjusted between data traffic and multiplexing due to the frame allocation of various data. Thus, the line can be smoothly used.</p> |
