PURPOSE:To improve the tensile strength of the material concerned by a structure wherein aramid fiber or polyarylate fiber is adopted as roving and short- fiber-mixed cement-based self-leveling material is adopted as solidifying material. CONSTITUTION:The platelike material main body concerned has the external dimensions such as the length l1 of 600mm, the width l2 of 60mm and the height l3 of 15mm. Aramid fiber roving 2 is spread every l4 or every 5mm in the width direction and every l5 or every 5mm in the direction of height so as to be filled by short-fiber-mixed cement-based self-leveling material 3 as solidifying material. At this time, as the solidifying material, one, which self-leveling and is prepared by adding 0.08-2.0 pts.wt. of short fiber to 100 pts.wt. of the total sum of cement blended with the proper amount of reinforcing material, sand, water reducing agent, segregation inhibitor and anti-foaming agent, is used. Further, as the short fiber, reinforcing glass fiber, Vinylon, polyester carbon, aramid or polyarylate is suitable. The suitable short fiber length is 1-20mm. The suitable loading of the short fiber is 0.05-2.0 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of cement-based major material. |
